| • Experience of working in CMMI Level-5 company as Scrum Master • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices • Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization • Experience with successful Agile techniques • Good Data analytical skills • Good understanding of engineering metrics like Review Efficiency Defect Density, Defect Leakage, Velocity, Sprint Completion Ratio and other project level metrics etc. • Provide frequent follow up and governance for all requests in queue and facilitate formal reviews with support partners and monitor deliverables until agreed upon handover is achieved • Ability to work with and lead a team • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skill |
