Requirements:

Microsoft Windows Server building, maintenance and administration, Active Directory technologies (group policy, user and group administration, replication, LDAP).
Microsoft server technologies: Windows file & print, SQL Server, SharePoint, System Center, O365, Linux
VMware ESX/vSphere server virtualisation technologies.
Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, thin client technologies (desirable).
Networking: Cisco switching and routing, Avaya VoIP technologies, Cisco and CheckPoint firewalls and VPN, Citrix NetScaler load balancers, advanced TCP/IP concepts (only understanding of these technologies. Will not support).
Systems management tools: Veeam backup software, Symantec, common scripting languages (DOS shell, VBscript, perl, etc.), SCCM.
Aware of security and change management best practices for financial service environment
Be good in drafting/updating documentation
